This Tierklinik has taken great care of our dog! For any specialist care, we will always turn to them. Our dog had TPLO surgery at this clinic 7 weeks ago to repair a torn CCL, and today when we went for our check-up X-Rays, the staff was just as friendly and courteous as always. I appreciate they always take time to answer my questions. Thanks for providing great animal care!
Great doctors. The front desk can be stressful at times because of the high traffic (due to the great doctors). Lousy phone signal, really really bad. They have WiFi but the code isn’t just hung on the wall (like it could be). Has its own parking garage (better for smaller cars)
If your pet has got a serious issue this is the place.
They take great care of our dog and open on weekends for emergencies. Rather pricey though
So disappointed!!!! Unfriendly staff. I booked an online appointment. However, when I got there, they refused my appointment. They accept my dog to be visited by a vet but charged me as an emergency appointment without asking me if I want to be booked as an emergency!!!! Cost me 20% more than normal visits. Not so happy with the check-up of my dog. Dr was not able to listen to the lungs of my dog!!
Not recommended at aaaaalllllll!!!!!!!!!
I am very disappointed!! Is Sunday night my dog vomits, we go urgently to the clinic, examination was without explanation, super fast and after two days he did not feel well again but did not vomit, was just spitting. I went again as my dog was taken to be examined without being examined, that evening I decided that I would take my dog and they scolded me and I paid 750 € for only 6-7 hours and blood sampling. The next day I went to another vet and my dog after the examination and the system of drugs he received was super vital and paid 50 €, it turned out to be something he shouldn’t eat.
we recommend only in cases when other veterinarians do not work!!!!!!!!
Too expensive and very less animal friendly place. You can spend all your day to receive a treatment and consider paying 3 times more than average

24hr emergency Service for pets, and normal consultation till 18.00 hours. Very kind, friendly and concerned staff. Will definitely take advantage if their Services in future
Great team. This multidisciplinary team is a strong asset for diagnosis and providing proper cure. They saved my cat.
Thank You for looking after our Luna. Very good service. Highly recommended if You need help for your pet.
Very clean and a very professional doctor’s team with helpers. Building is quite large compared to most Vets. They also take emergencies and never give you the feeling that you shouldn’t have come.
My dog was not injured severely enough to get treated there. Amazing.
This morning I called the clinic to get an appointment in English. I had a conversation with a very rude lady who was saying that I must speak German to get the appointment. Well that was a surprise as I already came there and took my appointment in English and spoke with the doctor in english. Very very disappointing attitude.

My pug had a dental surgery and Dentist (Dr.) who was working on him was Oliver Groß. I can’t say enough how excellent and knowledgeable he was. He did an operation that lasted more then 6 hours without stopping. He took out 11 teeth and cleaned the rest so perfectly. Boni recovered perfectly with no issues at all. Biggest thank you to the team and especially to Dr. Oliver Groẞ for amazing job he did. Second thank you is the to the sweetest women; the anesthesiologist who was with my dog the whole time. Even when he was waking up and he was given to me she come to us and checked on him. The sweetest and amazing girl who didn’t leave my dog out of her site not even for a second. This clinic really offers best treatment and most excellent team to work with!!!
After moving from USA, we were looking for a good oncologist for our Golden Retriever since her lymphoma had relapsed. This hospital took great care of her, the doctors are brilliant, and explained all options to us. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and they speak English as well.
They are open 24/7 for emergencies too!
Super competent and attentive team! We got there as an emergency with my senior german shepherd, Balto with suspected bloat. He was in the xray within 10 minutes and everyone was really kind and helpful. The doctor was fast and they took it very serious, thank god no operation was needed at the end of the day. I really appreciate the level of care what the whole staff showed and I think the prices are fair for such emergency situations. We will definitely only chose this facility for any other regular check ups for the future, too.
If I could give 0 stars I would. All they want is money and they are extremely overpriced. They literally try to convince you into doing unnecessary operations for your animal so they can gain profits. Horrible! I went to a different hospital and they gave me a completely different and more positive diagnosis.
The most overrated animal hospital I’ve been to.overpriced and low service specially since being bought up the past year. Save your money and integrity and bring your pets elsewhere! The big hype is not worth it. Since my dog got sick I’ve paid over 6000 euros there. But time and time again they’ve showed their incompetence and enough is enough. They really don’t care it’s just money making business for them!
Eveybody here is so nice. They saved our dackel from IVDD. They have the nicest person to do physio to your dog, and amazing dermatologist, doctor in neuro and in different fields. Really i recommend this vet clinic. Also they accept credit cards so that is a plus if you don’t have EC cards.
Dog is dangerous disease please correspondent

One of the best experiences I’ve had in any medical facility. From initial contact to arrange appointment to the diagnosis and recommendations. Doctor Solomon is an absolute gentleman, took all the time we needed to explain the situation with our Labrador, the present, the future. Highly recommend this place even if you need to drive 1hr to get there
Had to take my kitty in for the emergency services. They took his blood and gave him some medicine which helped him they also had asked me to call to let them know how he was doing. Very caring staff and friendly. I would definitely go back.
As an American struggling in sprachigen deutschen, it’s good to know there’s a place near us I don’t need to stress for my dogs health. They also run as a 24 hour emergency clinic, again putting myself and two dogs at ease. They also take VAT, which can help as cost and procedures start cost over 100 euro.
The staff has always been professional and friendly with me and my two dogs. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want to. I feel like the cost is more expensive then other places near Ramstein (first 6 months we used Ramstein area frequently), since there isn’t a whole lot of other advertised vets nearby. The only other downside is the wait times, Ive waited over an hour to be seen. Too be fair, it’s likely due to late patients and again, they run as a ER that pushed those times.
Outside of that, I’m comfortable recommending this place. I only bring my girls here now for everything.
They take care of you and your furry friend with love. They also work around to help you when you need specific papers for travel.
Great people who have done a great job taking care of our dog. She has cancer and they have been really helpful in helping us provide her with a good quality of life. Their prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to US vets. It’s a fairly long drive out there and it’s a bit hard to find your first time but the service is worth it.

I was accompanied to this facility by a very kind girl with my dog hit by a car and seriously injured. The doctors were very helpful, professional and honest in describing the severity of the damage reported. And I also have to thank them for their sensitivity which allowed us to be close to our dog and make the final decision.
Great clinic, very courteous and professional staff. Everyone speaks English, though some of the front desk staff are more comfortable in German. Your pet will definitely be in good hands here.
My Chihuahua is diabetic and we were having trouble maintaining her blood sugar. They made an appointment right away and quickly assessed the problem. Plus, I am definitely a dog Mom so I was happy to see how gently the doctors and technicians treated her. I will definitely go back to the clinic for Rudi Sue’s diabetic care!
The first thing I can say is that the doctors in this clinic are really good. Equipment, cleanliness and compassion, too. But please do something about the woman at the reception. She screams, she is rude, she rolls her eyes if you didn’t hear the question, standing with a sick cat in your arms. I hate writing criticism, much less blaming a good company with a reputation for things like discrimination (I don’t speak German, only English + i have an oriental appearance). I never responded to this rudeness, because I was confused of the cat’s illness, but it is not cool to give a lot of money and yet be humiliated
Never go to this clinic! We went there for a heart ultrasound with our little dog. He could run and jump, he has entered the clinic on his paws. They took our dog for the procedure and during it, they have dislocated our dog’s hip! So the dog could not do a step after it. They didn’t plead guilty. The next morning we had to do the operation in this clinic which cost us in total more than 1000 euros (The clinic has reimbursed us 55% of it). The clinic is cheating and if they hurt your pet they will never admit it!
We were forwarded by our Vet to that clinic to get emergency assistance. As a result my bleeding dog had to lie on the dirty floor without help. My Vet called several times and shared necessary documents – no result. After 2 hours the ‚doctors‘ told me that my dog was heavily bleeding and I was offered to go and search for donor on Facebook. They charged me 200 EUR but nobody gave an invoice with a description what I was paying for. Lazy, unprofessional stuff.
Comment to Reply:
The things ‚went not quickly enough‘ not for me but for my dog. The doctor even didn’t even touch him – but cut his another leg to take another blood sample, despite the fact we brought one. 2 days waiting for analysis and staying at your premises as we were offered – seriously? My Vet has given all the instructions what medicine to give and what needed to be done. Most likely it was too late and hardly anything could help. He was not even offered to drink water, we had to ask for it and he had to drink water dissolved with his own blood. My beloved dog passed away. You don’t need to make yourself busy with the Hausverbot. In no way we visit you again. The invoice wasn’t shown to us – we got a paper to sign that we didn’t want to leave the dog at your clinic and no invoice was given. You are very good in defense, not good in curing and helping. Good luck!
I agree with a previous comment here, that the doctors are very good. However I had a traumatising experience with my ragdoll cat who has cancer there. The treatment itself was probably all they could do and the best, but when I picked him up the lady at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. I asked if I can pay in installments and because my id had expired she said they could not return my pet until I go to the Bürgeramt and get a new ID or proof from them of my address. I had my passport (I am German!!) on me and could show Bank statements and utility bills for proof of address but the lady refused everything. If that’s teir terms that’s ok but they talked to me in a completely non empathetic manner and let me stand there distressed telling me I can’t get my pet who is terminally ill with cancer back unless I go to an office where they usually have 7 weeks waiting time for an appointment. To be frank, this is sheer insanity, given that I am a returning customer and had already paid thousands of Euros directly on previous visits, but in my current situation I didn’t have 2000 € lying around and offered to pay 800 right then and rest in installments. When she went to speak to a superior they also said the rules are the rules and did not want to help. Since I was out of options I had to ask my father to send me money, thank god for him, otherwise who knows if my cat would still be held hostage! Pretty shameful way of conducting a business meant to help animals, but at the end of the day this is what Kleintierspezialisten is. A business.

We recently had an emergency with one of our beloved Labradors and were treated with exceptional care from Dr. Andrea. The office was able to get us in quickly and get our sick girl feeling better fast! The staff was all very kind and understanding and the emergency visit wasn’t outrageous in price. 10/10 we will be switching to this office permanently!
You’re in need for a great Vet for your Fure Baby? Look no further!. 1st class Service, absolutely everyone has excellent experience and knowledge. You may need to bring a little time with you but you won’t regret! I absolutely trust this Vet Office and I know my little boy is receiving the best care. Thanks to all the Staff. You guy’s rock!
The personal at the front desk is always very friendly and try to accommodate you as much as realistically possible to find an appointment. As far as I know all of them speak both English and German fluently.
The waiting times are reasonable and there is parking at the vets office and down the street.
My cat was seen by Dr. De Lima. He was very competent, he was able to diagnose her and explained everything in detail. It was a relief, because we had seen one or two other vets before, in other practices, where they had only excluded a medical emergency without planing any follow up diagnostics to look for a chronic problem. It was nice and reassuring to have somebody take her case on, do the necessary diagnostics and start a treatment plan. The vet techs were also very friendly and we’re comfortable handling our cat (she tends to be relatively easygoing though, even at the vet).
I would definitely recommend this practice for other cat owners and will take our cats here again.
1 Star cause of my experience there. I was at the park at around 21pm when my dog started behaving weird and got to the point where it looked like a seizure. Tried to find any vet open but no luck. Thought my dog is going to die and I was helpless. Found an emergency animal shelter and they send a car. When arrived, my dog was calmer but still didn’t look well. Those people couldn’t tell me anything about the state of my dogs health so they took him and went to this Doctor. The doctor calls me up 30min later saying there is nothing wrong with my dog. She reacted quiet annoyed and rude that I disturbed her at that time. I fully understand her and I’m happy my dog is fine. But her going off at me with a bad mood cause my dog looked like he was dying is not a way to deal with a patient. I payed good money for her 1h stay at the vet and made sure to leave a tip which I didn’t even get a thank you for. Only a bad attitude from the moment I walked into the vet to pick up my dog.
Good vets but prices are inflated. They accept Vat forms but on the other hand they charge you more than what I have seen in Germany after my 8 years across the country. Last experience was disappointing. I called in advance for an appointment for a vaccine for my dog, they told me it would have been 60 euros, when I paid it was twice the price because they „made a mistake“.

Super Tierarzt!
(danke sehr freundlich) Nicht!
Please stop advertising this as open 24 hours. You’re not open on Sunday, your phone is a robot answering machine and your chic online appt template gives me an appt days from now. Fix your hours please and thanks.

Klare Empfehlung.
Fantastic high level professionals, always took great care of my dogs.
Our cat had a surgery last month. All together we visited 6 times and we met 6 different veterinarians, however the surgeon never even showed up, despite she initially made appointments (both face to face and phone) with us.
We booked an appointment for 1 PM, and I’m writing this review at 3 PM, still waiting outside. At 2 PM I was told that we were the next in line, since two people came with their dogs and left, neither of them looked to be particularly urgent.
Update: the actual handling of the dog was very efficient and professional. A pity that the overall experience was tainted due to the poor organization and communication.
Tiergesundheitszentrum Oldenburg
Vielen Dank an alle 🙂
Super Team
Top!!!
Super expensive
Tierärztliches Zentrum Quernheim
Adresse: Alte Quernheimer Str. 82, 32278 Kirchlengern, Deutschland
Weiter so.
Kein Witz….

Super for the animals.
Good
War das 1. Mal dort.

Weiter so…
Schade….
Kleintierpraxis im Fischerhaus – Dr. med. vet. Ariane Rodewald
Adresse: Brückenkopfstraße 8, 69120 Heidelberg, Deutschland
Dr. Rodewald and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Rodewald performed miracles in saving my cat who swallowed a foreign object. Dr. Rodewald performed emergency surgery and afterwards her and staff took loving care of my cat right back to health! I was advised of the steps, options and costs along the way. I made choices on the options based on the health of my cat. I highly recommend this vet practice!
May need to bring cash.
Really lovely staff. Cozy waiting room. Fortunately they speak English. We moved across the world with my dog and had to get him checked up on arrival. They extracted a broken tooth and he’s doing much better. They also got his pet passport set up.
The only downside is our cards didn’t work here so we had to get all cash to pay… not ideal but not their fault and they were understanding (more of Germany-in-general and outmoded payment systems), but just a note to anyone else in a similar situation! Don’t think you’re safe just because the grocery store takes your card, some readers won’t
I recently had a wonderful experience at the Kleintierpraxis im Fischerhaus vet practice. After taking my new cat, Archie, to the practice, Dr. Rodewald took time to discuss suggestions on chipping, tattooing, neutering, vaccinations, deworming, etc. The vet took her time in explaining everything and the costs associated with the different treatment options. Dr. Rodewald and her staff are knowledgeable, very professional, extremely friendly and took super care of my cat. In addition, the office is very welcoming and very clean.
Kleintierpraxis Kaiserslautern Evidensia GmbH
Adresse: Lothringer Dell 48, 67659 Kaiserslautern, Deutschland
They have friendly, professional and caring staff and doctors. My cat dislikes the veterinarian, but they always make him feel as comfortable as possible. They speak both English and German and accept VAT forms. The only downside is they get busy, and you may have to wait for a few minutes, but it’s never too bad. I highly recommend taking your pet here.
Hands down the best veterinary service in Kaiserslautern. When we first adopted our 8 week old English Bulldog he became seriously ill. We had terrible experiences at other vets in the local area and over the next month his condition worsened. In an emergency situation we called Tierartzpraxis Rahimi and they saw us immediately. Dr. Rahimi and his staff worked around the clock and saved our pups life. For the next 5 years we took our dog there and Dr. Rahimi and his staff has always been friendly and professional. Highly recommend and would give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you for everything!
We are so happy with this vet clinic!
We get seen immediately, even without an appointment for an emergency. The staff are very friendly, speak wonderful English and love our dogs! We have had two emergency surgeries (unrelated) in three months and the surgeries were fantastic, very reasonable price, can use a VAT form, and follow up appointments are very thorough. We have been using this clinic for 9 months now!
Highly recommend!
Great vets, just had to wait an hour past our appointment time to be seen, because other people without appointments kept dropping in.
The staff are nice and the doctor is great but I’ve never had to wait less than 20 minutes past my appointment time. Usually it’s more like 45-60. They do not allot enough time for each customer and it creates lines and lots of waiting. If I’m working around my work schedule I usually need at least an extra hour from my day just to get a check up.
I’ve been going here for the 4 years I’ve lived in Germany, and I will say that this office was great for my cat’s surgery. But I have never been seen on schedule. The closest to my appointment time was 20 minutes late but usually is at least 45 minutes to 1 hr after my scheduled appointment. It’s ridiculous to schedule people and have every customer late. It has been at least 10 times that I have missed appointments later in the day due to their schedule. The vet care is great but the time I’ve spent waiting on my phone is unacceptable. Sometimes the office technicians will say that there is an emergency but its improbable that there are that many emergencies every time I bring my pets in. Please fix the schedule so everyone is not wasting their time.
The blonde lady at the reception treats people with a very rude attitude. No one took care of my cat even though it was 40 minutes after my appointment. My cat is kitten and does not calm down in closed spaces. After 40 minutes had passed since my appointment, no one showed up, so I had to leave without taking any action. I felt really uncomfortable but worst of all I couldn’t get my cat checked out.
